Client names, contact details, hotel information and other identifying details are never displayed publicly. A review may be lightly edited to correct spelling, improve readability or remove private information, but its original meaning and the client’s personal opinion remain unchanged.

Reviews are considered individually before publication. We welcome honest feedback in different styles, from a brief message about a recent experience to a more detailed account of a dinner date, overnight appointment or travel arrangement.
