Client feedback may be submitted through our private review form or shared directly with a Mona Lisa Models® coordinator following an introduction. Before publishing a review, we take care to protect the privacy of both the client and the companion involved.

Client names, contact details, hotel information and other identifying details are never displayed publicly. A review may be lightly edited to correct spelling, improve readability or remove private information, but its original meaning and the client’s personal opinion remain unchanged.

Reviews are considered individually before publication. We welcome honest feedback in different styles, from a brief message about a recent experience to a more detailed account of a dinner date, overnight appointment or travel arrangement. Clients may also request that their comments remain completely private.
